I think most of the country has been infected at this point and they need to find a way across the ocean to escape; most likely to somewhere in Europe where the disease hasn't spread yet, or where they already experienced this disease and everyone alive is immune. I hope this helps!

One of the survivours that returned to the compound with you had not been noticed to have a infected bite mark on his head. After a few hours after the celebration you hear a scream and a crash (you can decide to go in or let another investigate). after this you find out there is a outbreak in the compound and almost half of he inhabitants are already infected. you come across the main gate guards fighting off a group of them one of them hands you a gun and you begin to fight. you then see that there is much more infected than you thought. (CHOICE: Keep fighting, Run, barge through the zombies and search for your wife). you then find that your wife is trapped on the roof with your step-father (CHOICE: run into the house and up the stairs, look for a ladder, climb the wall of he house using the broken masonry) after you reach them you see to your suprise that they have stopped attacking you. the guards have gotten the attention of the zombies in a heroic sacrifice to save your lives, but you know it wont be long until they are back for you. you begin to find a way to escape (CHOICE: make a run for the main gate, use the ladder to get over the wall, jump over the wall from the building) after escaping your step-father tells you of a town that is supposedly un infected so you begin to head there. but it looks like the infected arent finished with you yet, you see a group headding towards you and youre out of ammo. (CHOICE: Run, search for a weapon, sacrifice yourself) while escaping one of the guards you saw fighing them off runs out from the compund and attacks the zombies head on. he dies for you and your familys protection.

I really enjoyed the Outbreak series thus far and hope you check out my amazing idea.

You survive and save your wife once again and met up with the new people Ox, etc.

You figure out the Antibiotics postponed the issue with the water but its only a matter of time before people begin getting sick once more and you must find a alternative.

You and your wife are getting desperate and losing hope. Just in time Ox receives a radio transmission, stating there is a safe, secure area in a major city (Las Vagas, Newyork, etc.).

Ox shares the information with the compound but everyone refuses to agree and believes it is to dangerous. You convince your wife that it is the best decision and you head out with Ox, saying goodbye to family and friends

Taking obvious items (plenty of food, purified water, ammo, First aid) and then taking chosen items (specific gun/melee weapon/transportation/Clothing)

Then work your magic from there JaggedBlade!
(could end the series right there but if decide to continue another chapter, follow it up with a mass Nuke)

three weeks pass and you fall a sleep then you wake up in the middle of theweoods and you hear zombies you run and find a army base and every one in it is dead you take a gun and you find a cage of zombies then you leve and find the farm its abandond and you wonder wher every one went and on the ground you see blood and you go in to a house ther are zombies and you kill them

I think that one you should be able to turn off the sounds and music but also have a ammo meter and have it actually count what weapon you use or wether you have a first aid kit. You should also be able to see what your wife looks like and maby even design your character a bit.

i really like the idea of a nuclear bomb heading town
i have two ideas

part 1
you find that the car you looted from the mall has a radio
(not the one with the car,a real radio) and you have to find a ideal point for using it so you dicide to go to the town again,taking a small group of 10 with you(your wife and you father in law stay on the farm with the others )

MISSING PART(this is the most important part of the game)

part 2
you hear from the radio that the militia is going to destroy the city woth a nulear bomb
now you have to make the first and real decicion of the game

you can

A)go back and save your wife
B)keep moving forward,leaving your wife behind

EPIC ENDINGS:

A)if you decide to go back and save your wife, you make it safe in time to the farm,then telll the survivors whats is going on,after reallizing that you cant do anthing, you huge your wife and see togheter the end...
"nothing cant separate us,even death" you say to her

B)you selfish son of a bitch
(i have to do that,sorry,is my revengue for the first game) leave your wife reallising that you cant do anything to save her

B1)if you havent saved any survivor on the missing scene part,you will have the emo ending form the first game

I'd like to see a bit of a change of pace in the current format. How about a scenario based on defending the fortification. you could make choices on the day to day running of the compound, then move on to preparations for a siege and finally organising defences during the actual attack.

i think you should have like a map layout of the area and have arrows with a brief description of that direction. when u scroll over the arrow it gives you a more detailed description of the direction or action

Wow, a lot of comments. Trying to read 'em so I don't duplicate. I have skimmed through I think a third. Can I go back and revise this comment later?
Anyway, so this is fast and easy to read, my main points would begin with an asterisk * and further detail with two dashes--

**I like the playing on survivor relationships idea.**
---The one with a possible rebellion within the farm camp, or perhaps half the camp suspect your wife may be infected, and urge they release her while your father-in-law believes she's not infected and their making it up or something (the rebels of the camp feel you and your wife are getting more of the food and supplies than the rest of them? I don't know...) Anyhow, maybe at least the very beginning of the game should involve some conflict among the survivors, maybe one that would either make it necessary to relocate, or that would carry over to another choice-prompt later in the game. Maybe a combo of problems within the camp and one night being barraged by infected being pushed toward the direction of the camp for some reason.

**I would like to see you run into Ox again (in whatever shape or form).**
--The problem is some new players would not know who he is. But you can mention an encounter with him briefly in the intro of this game, since you probably want to make it so that the game continues where it left off but at the same time people new to the series can join in and not get so lost with the story. I think you've done this well in the prior two- I played the second before I realized the first).

**Long comment about including military/national guard/et cetera**
--To whomever made the comment about not wanting the military/National Guard/"28 Days later" stuff/etc., I understand that he/she might not want to involve military in the next game because it will take away from the mindset of thinking fast and choosing for yourself what you think the best course of action is. Once you're surrounded by professional/authoritative/guardian like figures, people tend to follow their directions and let them lead, which somewhat counters how the game is. Maybe. Maybe the soldiers are incompetent, or one becomes infected, or maybe you choose not to trust them for any reason, or they don't trust/care about you or your wife the way you want them to.
maybe you may not run into them as quickly or their ranks are spread out and disrupted by the outbreak and they are scattered (maybe we find a group with maybe one vague direction they last received from a transmission). I think it's okay to include some military but not so that they are the trump card to your survival against the infected, if that makes sense. Or maybe they can be if it's realistic. Idk lost my focus

**Maybe another upcoming major character thrown in we see developed throughout the course of the game. Maybe another objective at end of game**

**Like someone else mentioned, I don't think the sewage system was ever fixed and the drinking water clean or safe enough. This could be part of what drives the camp to have to move.**

**Twist. A choice you make that doesn't become relevant until the very end, maybe part of the outro.**

**Wife was becoming infected, but the antibiotics + grain or something was something of a cure? Someone is immune, and the key to finding a cure? And you must survive, but also protect your wife and this person? Maybe love interest in this immune survivor, if wife becomes infected? That last one was just a shot out there.**

Of course these are just some ideas. Feel free to use or derive from them.

After a Few years the granary goes low on supplies and your wife gets halfly infected(like 28 days where some people can only carry the virus) and she kills your father but keeps her human looks and she is still the same only that when the hunger gets her she starts to yell scream and try to eat the closest thing next to her.So you tie her up .So everyone leaves the granary and goes into another city thats rumored to have survivors and ever lasting supplies (and a rumor about an Anti-dote).In a few hours you and the survivors see a massive zombie horde you have these decision.Suggest to fight/Suggest to run/Suggest go through them.The survivors were naive enough and they stayed and fought while me my wife and some friends were able to sneak by a few metters away from the fight once we were far from the battle we saw our friends being over run and eaten alive.We ran with all our strenght.after a few miles we heard a dog's cry one of the survivors that came with us wanted to go and see.He saw the dog and he didnt saw it was biten(it was on the dog's belly) the dog looked okay so he went and petted it and gave it a hug.The dog quickly bited his neck and we heard him scream.You have these options.Run for it/Go there and see whats going on/throw a grenade at the bushes.(if u choosed run for it the dog woud out run u and eat you one by one/If you went and saw theres more that ull see in a few sentances/if you throw the last grenade in the bushes u killed the dog and the infected man.So technicly this cloud work too with the grenade)You went and saw whats going on and u saw the dog biting him.You shoot them both/Shoot the dog/kick the dog and see if the guy is okay/.You head back to the others and you tell them whats happend.You hear a Massive Scream coming a few metters away and you see a mob of zombies coming at you (Because zombies cannot run their muscules rot away they cannot run.)You Stay and fight(LOW AMMO!)/Run for it(You'll survive)/try to hotwire the car thats a few metters away(DEAD cause he failed the last time and he turned the alarm so the same thing woud happen).You finaly reach the city you your wife and another survivor You see the city in corpses and flames Though you take your chances and go in.You see something moving in the windows running around.You get distracted from a scream behind you.(you friend had ben catched by a legless zombie(thats lost its legs and moves only with its arms)and the zombie is eating his organs.You shoot the zombie in the eye and it Gives out a Loud scream and u shoot it agian with your last bullet.In a few Seconds a massive zombie Horde comes infront of you and your wife. you pushed ur wife to the corner and took out your knife and waited for them to come.You hear a Massive Gunshooting and one of the zombies comes at you and grabs you by the neck.Before it cloud eaven open its mouth the zombie got shot in the head.You took a look and saw a Woman with a sniper rifle(artic Warfare) she yelled as loud as she cloud"Get Your Asses in the building now!" I quickly Grabbed my wife and putted her on my shoulders(Cause she was tied up like those psycho ppl )and i started to run as fast as i cloud.I barely reached the door of the building it was heavily fortified and the windows had been sealed off with fridges and Ovens.The door quickly opend and you and your wife were quickly dragged off. You were Held captive untill they were inspecting you and your wife for bitemarks of anykind. They were only two people.The guy who inspected me and my wife was named "Medic" His real Name was Isaac Dove. He was a Teenager but it seemed like he knew what he was doing.The other one was a Girl her name was Monica A.K.A The Hunter.In a few moments the door was opend widely and a Man enterd in He was holding a Big Machine Gun(Like the machine gun from serious sam you know the metal one that goes into a circle when u shoot) and he threw the weapon on the ground and took out cigaretes and started to smoke.He asked if we we're infected.Medic said we arent and that my wife needed the anti-dote.I was overjoyed when i heard they had it.THough the man who enterd the room said that they needs to earn it.His name was Tonislav Ivanov A.K.A Ezdi he was a S.W.A.T Captain.Monica asked if we cloud join the other survivors but Tony Said that we wont untill we get the anti-dote and earn their trust.I yelled what do i need to do so my wife can get the antidote!?.Tony smiled and untied me"Our only sientist Thomas was trapped in the laboratory that was located in the basement.He gave me and my wife some food and he asked me what weapons i want i choosed An M14 Carribean or whatever its name was /a chainsaw / a shotgun / a AK-47
I choose my weapon and Medic showed me the way to the basement.I saw a Heavily fortified door Medic attached a flashlight to my Chainsaw/Carribean/AK/Shotgun and Gave me a good-bye look. He told me to turn on the alarm that was next to the door so he woud know im back.
I took my chances and i got out I turned on the flashlight and i noticed Bloodstains all over the floor and walls there were guns and bullets all over the ground and a few S.W.A.T Corpses.I Checked the corpses for any amunition supplies(one of the corpses is infected so he woud bite u)/Shot the corpses to be on the safe side(thats the right thing to do/Left them like that(One of the corpses is infected... so ur dead) I continued and i saw the door that said Laboratory.It was in a Huge and long coridor.There were some broken Sentry's and a massive group of corpses everywhere.I carefully walked my way checking every corpse before i passed it/Ran all the way to the door(one of the zombies is alive so... dead)/I tried to shoot them(but the zombies that werent dead woke up and i wasted my ammo and i got deaten.)
I almost made it to the door but before i had the chance something jumped infront of me.It looked like a abomination it was bounded with other corpses it was huge ugly and it smelled allot badly it puked acid.) I took my chances and tried to shoot it down.That didnt work the zombie hitted me and i was literly gummed to the wall.I caugh blood and i tried to shoot the zombie again.I acidently shot it in the eye and i rememberd the zombie is brainless so if i blinded it it cloudent kill me.I quickly shot its other eye but the zombie clawed me and i was bleeding heavily i shot the zombie in the head with my last bullets and it finally died.i barely got to the gate.I was exhausted and weak i collapsed uncoucius.all i remembers for when i was uncucious is that the door opend and someone in a white coat got out and dragged me inside.when i woke up i had been striped out of my belongings and i was tied up to a table.The scientist came out and introduced himself. His name was Thomas but he didnt want to tell me his full name.i told him i was here to rescue him and that i was also sent for the anti-dote and antibiotic supplies.Thomas smiled at me and untied me he gave me back my clothes and my weapons.I rememberd that i was out of ammo and i told him the horrifying news.Thomas took out two clips of ammo and gave them to me he told me"Dont waste them its the only ones we have!".I reloaded and we we're ready to leave.Once we went out we made it to the gate i used the alarm as Medic told me.Suddenly a huge group of zombies came out and were coming at us.I tried to shoot them down but eaven as i tried to leave ammo so we woud have enough we eventually ran out.i was about to get biten by a zombie but thomas pushed me and the zombies catched him and devoured him.In the mean time the door opend and Tony and Monica Came out and started to shoot the bastards down.Medic came in last and asked me if i had any bitemarks.I told him i didnt but the doctor was devoured.Medic asked me about the supplies and i pointed them a few metters away from us.I had to get them.I/Ran directly (Got low words so im gonna say dead or alive DEAD)/I tried to sneak by(ALIVE)/I tried to kill them in hand to hand combat(DEAD).I reached the supplies but that abomination from before had been alive and it tried to claw me. I dodged and ran away.

THIS IS THE CONTINUE! (RAN out of characters XD)
I almost made it but i tripped over a bunch of zombie corpses(AND if he choose the chainsaw he drops it). THe abomination almost reached me and it tried to bite me but Ezdi Came out of nowhere and attacked the zombie with the chainsaw He started to cut the zombie's stomach because the head was too high.The zombie got angry and literly bited off Ezdi's head.While seeing him dieying His Friends we're shocked they just stood there and watched how his corpse was falling on the ground.I had to react fast i took the chainsaw and i jumped as high as i cloud i knifed the chainsaw in the zombies neck and i cutted him in half. Acid started to spread all over the place and a little got on my foot.Thats a Scar i will never forget.I took the backpack and i ran off to monica grabbed her by the hand and we ran inside the door.Medic was already inside and was providing covering fire(and crying for Ezdi at the same time).He was yelling"Die You MotherFucking Bastards!" We closed the door medic and monica looked at each other crying.I Told them.That he was in a better place/That he deserved to die/I told them we shoud go.They looked at each other again and got up took the supplies and monica told me " Your wife is getting your medicine"Snirk as she still was sad about Tony"i looked reliefed.we went in the room my wife was locked up.She was looking really bad they had putted a metal mask on her mouth to prevent her from biting.Medic injected the Anti-dote In her Heart and told me that it is 50/50 that the virus might comeback because it was too late for a complete removal now.We we're finally alowed to go in the upper parts of the building(its a sky scrapler or whatever its name is XD) and we saw over hundreds of other survivors.They welcomed us with joy once they saw we brought medical supplies.Me and my wife we're exhausted and we went in our room and cuddled together into the bed.After a few days i met medic and he asked me if i wanted to join the Guard Team Because they think im perfect for the job and that i remind them of Tony.I agreed(YAY!)/I refused(No its stupid dont choose this!)/I hitted him(and he kills u XD)
After a few months Medic inspected my wife and he told me that the virus has been 100% removed from her body and that she will be normall again.I was so over joyed i hugged my wife kissed her and i thanked Isaac(Medic) for all his help.And when i though it cloudent go better my wife told me she was pregnant. I never though id feel so much happyness in times like these.

3) have a daughter or a son in story
4) family or village (choice)
5) bandits?
6) search for other survior (choice)
they need something to rebuild weapons and defences because the zombies will come and they have to keep killing or die so there has to be like be a defence system. its breaks? fix. need equip. find OX (super zombie) he thinks like human but is a zombie trys to kill main character or break in farm .... yeah.. he trys to convence OX (fail? or sucess)

It would be great if someone found a cure for the virus and somehow destroyed it. You should also have an option to sacrifice yourself or not in order to destroy the virus and save humanity. Some reconaissance options to scout areas for infected would be great too.

Plans from the goverment come to close of and liquidate infected areas,you escape the infected area,but the plan backfires and several zombies escape turning the thougt to be safe place into a war-torn hell once again within weeks,your wife does not survive ,and eventually you relocate to a remote place far from civilization, with little fear of ever being overun,but then your wife turns from a bite she was unaware of.What do you do?

Idea: The find a cure for the virus and begin normal life again, but the virus is becoming stronger and more advanced causing smarter zombies to been seen the virus also becomes airborne which causes very few people left alive because the immunity rate is very very low. The hero and his wife are some of the few that are immune and people in the compound become infected which causes almost everyone to flee and you go to the desert or up to the mountains or to a small island where you try to start life over again but the zombies find you where ever you go also we start to see infected animals. Hope this helps out with the production of part 3 if you need any other help writing it just let me know and I am willing to lend my talent to you for FREE :) cant wait to see the new game guys keep up the good work
